University Center Expansion

Asset Engineering was hired as a CM/GC (General Construction and Construction Management) by Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado, to provide a remodel and expansion of the primary storage facility for the campus’ University Center.

Lower Valley Fire Department

Lower Valley Fire Department is an independently run fire protection and ambulance service company in Fruita, Colorado. As a result they do not have the deep funding sources as some of the other agencies.

Maverick Center Expansion Phase 4

Asset Engineering provided general construction and construction management services for the removal and replacement of the existing Maverick Pavilion Structure which included increasing the size of the space by 33% to include an additional basketball

Grand Valley Climbing

Asset Engineering Limited provided CM/GC services on this 14,000 square foot multilevel climbing facility. The project team provided preconstruction services, value engineering, alternates investigation and pricing, and construction services.

970West Studio

Mesa County Public Library’s new production studio, 970West Studio, was completed in fall of 2015.

Red Cliffs Shooting Range

The Red Cliff Shooting Range sits on the stunning grounds of Gateway Canyons Resort, a luxury resort in Gateway, Colorado. This outdoor structure measures at just over 1,000 square feet.

Pinon Hall and Innovation Center

Complete interior gut and remodel of existing 40,525 square foot, 3 story dormitory building.

Garfield Hall - West

Asset Engineering is currently completing the phase 3A of Garfield Hall, Garfield Hall WEST. The new dorm will include two room suites with an attached study loft.

CMU Maverick Center Expansion

Extensive renovation and addition to the CMU Maverick Center, Maverick Pavilion, and Phase I Health Sciences.

Walker Field Stadium

In 2019, Asset Engineering adopted an Employee Stock Option Plan and transferred ownership to each of our employees. The creation of this plan is an honor to the culture and community upon which it was founded.
