Edgewater Brewery

Asset Engineering was hired to provide CM/GC services on a kitchen remodel and dining expansion for Edgewater Brewery. The project involved detailed scheduling efforts to minimize impact on restaurant operations and allow the owner to remain open throughout the majority of construction.

Colorado Discover Ability

In 2017, we completed new construction of a 4,333 square foot office building for Colorado Discover Ability, a local non-profit which supports people with special needs through a variety of outdoor recreation programs. Asset Engineering is thrilled to have played a part in the development of CDA’s new home.

Mesa County Animal Shelter

Asset Engineering was hired by Mesa County to gut, perform structural repairs, and rebuild the interior of the county’s animal services facility. This unique project requiree excavating the building’s interior floor slabs, construction of a new structural floor system using micro piles and steel beams, and putting the interior walls and finishes back in place. This project started in the spring of 2017 and completed in November of 2017.

University Center Expansion

Asset Engineering was hired as a CM/GC by Colorado Mesa University to provide a remodel and expansion of the primary storage facility for the campus’ University Center. In just over two months, Asset Engineering added roughly 1,500 square feet of flexible use floor space to the second floor of the University Center. The second story addition required frequent communication and collaboration with the University to allow its facilities to remain operational throughout construction.

Rifle Mattress Firm

New construction of a 4,000 square foot retail facility with a show room, offices, storage space, landscaping, and parking lot.

Rifle State Verteran's Nursing Home

Extensive remodel of the State Veteran’ Nursing Home facility including renovation of the Home’s Special Care Unit, rehabilitation facility, nurses stations, extensive IT/AV capabilities, and a complete upgrade to the facility’s outdoor courtyard and outdoor space. Asset Engineering provided CM/GC Services, including preconstruction services, value engineering, alternates investigation and pricing, construction services.

Lower Valley Fire Department

Lower Valley Fire Department is an independently run fire protection and ambulance service company in Fruita, Colorado. As a result they do not have the deep funding sources as some of the other agencies. Asset Engineering was brought on board as the CM/GC to work with the owner and architect to develop a project scope that fit their available funding and met their requirements for the project. This project consisted of a small connector building between the administrative building and their service building.

Maverick Center Expansion Phase 4

Asset Engineering provided CM/GC services for the removal and replacement of the existing Maverick Pavilion Structure which included increasing the size of the space by 33% to include an additional basketball court. Asset Engineering provided extensive pre-construction services on this project to identify and evaluate several different options ranging from reskining of the existing structure to completely removing and replacing the entire structure in order to provide the University with the best cost, warranty/lifespan, and schedule options available.

Grand Valley Climbing

Asset Engineering Limited provided CM/GC services on this 14,000 square foot multilevel climbing facility. The project team provided preconstruction services, value engineering, alternates investigation and pricing, and construction services. Working closely with the Owner’s organization the project team was able to deliver the project on schedule and within budget. This project included the construction of a climbing facility taller than anything from Denver to Salt Lake by creating a basement in part of the space to work around budgets and developmental restrictions.

Las Colonias Amphitheater

Asset Engineering completed the construction of the Las Colonias Amphitheater in May of 2017 for the City of Grand Junction. The outdoor venue includes expansive space of grass seating, a 4,328 square foot performance facility, ample event parking and fencing, concrete walkways, and concert lighting.
