Ramblebine Brewery

Asset Engineering served as the CMGC for Ramblebine Brewery in the renovation of a 100 year old building in Grand Junction, CO. Construction included adding an interior slab; complete install of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; installation of a large walk in cooler, and the addition of storefront and garage openings. Construction was completed during the summer of 2020.

Edgewater Brewery

Asset Engineering was hired to provide general construction and construction management (CM/GC) services on a kitchen remodel and dining expansion for Edgewater Brewery in Grand Junction, Colorado.


In 2012, we worked with the building and restaurant owners to remodel a corner commercial building unit to include a commercial kitchen and dining space for Zoup!, a casual dining restaurant.

CMU University Center Expansion

CMU University Center

Asset Engineering provided project management to Colorado Mesa University on the $21,000,000 construction project. Project involvement included extensive work in Cost Control, Schedule Development, and Client Satisfaction.

Employee-Owned Firm


In 2019, Asset Engineering adopted an Employee Stock Option Plan and transferred ownership to each of our employees. The creation of this plan is an honor to the culture and community upon which it was founded.
