Palisade High School

Asset Engineering is currently in the construction phase of a new auxiliary gym addition to Palisade High School in Palisade, Colorado.

Mount Garfield Middle School

AEL provided general contracting services to School District 51 to cover miscellaneous updates to Mount Garfield Middle School in Clifton, Colorado.

Edgewater Brewery

Asset Engineering was hired to provide CM/GC services on a kitchen remodel and dining expansion for Edgewater Brewery in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Colorado Discover Ability

In 2017, we completed new construction of a 4,333 square foot office building for Colorado Discover Ability (CDA), a local non-profit which supports people with disabilities through a variety of outdoor recreation programs.

Mesa County Animal Shelter

Asset Engineering was hired by Mesa County to gut, perform structural repairs, and rebuild the interior of the county’s animal services facility.

University Center Expansion

Asset Engineering was hired as a CM/GC by Colorado Mesa University to provide a remodel and expansion of the primary storage facility for the campus’ University Center.

Rifle Mattress Firm

New construction of a 4,000 square foot retail facility with a show room, offices, storage space, landscaping, and parking lot.

Rifle State Verteran's Nursing Home

Lower Valley Fire Department

Lower Valley Fire Department is an independently run fire protection and ambulance service company in Fruita, Colorado. As a result they do not have the deep funding sources as some of the other agencies.

Maverick Center Expansion Phase 4

Asset Engineering provided CM/GC services for the removal and replacement of the existing Maverick Pavilion Structure which included increasing the size of the space by 33% to include an additional basketball court.

Grand Valley Climbing

Asset Engineering Limited provided CM/GC services on this 14,000 square foot multilevel climbing facility. The project team provided preconstruction services, value engineering, alternates investigation and pricing, and construction services.

Las Colonias Amphitheater

Asset Engineering completed the construction of the Las Colonias Amphitheater in May of 2017 for the City of Grand Junction.

Zoup!

In 2012, we worked with the building and restaurant owners to remodel a corner commercial building unit to include a commercial kitchen and dining space for Zoup!, a casual dining restaurant.

970West Studio

Mesa County Public Library’s new production studio, 970West Studio, was completed in fall of 2015.

Red Cliffs Shooting Range

The Red Cliff Shooting Range sits on the stunning grounds of Gateway Canyons Resort, a luxury resort in Gateway, Colorado. This outdoor structure measures at just over 1,000 square feet.

Pinon Hall and Innovation Center

Complete interior gut and remodel of existing 40,525 square foot, 3 story dormitory building.

Garfield Hall - West

Asset Engineering is currently completing the phase 3A of Garfield Hall, Garfield Hall WEST. The new dorm will include two room suites with an attached study loft.

CMU Maverick Pavilion

Remodel and relocation of the temporary Maverick Pavilion to create the new Maverick Pavilion Recreation Center.16,350 square foot tent structure and masonry building to house Colorado Mesa University Athletics and Club Team activities. Project includes Performance Sport Flooring, multiple athletic courts, extensive equipment storage, office space, lobby, and reception areas.

Project consisted of the construction of new Equestrian Center complete with 75 horse stalls, electrical, lighting, public address system, and ventilation.

CMU University Center

Asset Engineering provided project management to Colorado Mesa University on the $21,000,000 construction project. Project involvement included extensive work in Cost Control, Schedule Development, and Client Satisfaction.

CMU Archuleta Engineering Center

Construction of classrooms, offices, meeting rooms, fire suppression, IT/AV capabilities, 4,000 sf Machine Shop, Demonstration Lab, and computer labs.
