Asset Construction Management served as the CMGC for Ramblebine Brewery in the renovation of a 100-year-old building in Grand Junction, CO. Construction included adding an interior slab; complete install of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; installation of a large walk-in cooler, and the addition of storefront and garage openings. Construction was completed during the summer of 2020.
