In 2021 Asset Construction Management was chosen by Colorado Mesa University to renovate and expand their existing Kinesiology building located on their main campus in Grand Junction Colorado. The project required a partial removal of an existing semi-permanent structure before construction could begin on a larger permanent structure. The new building features an elevated running track which connects to the Maverick Center’s existing running track with an enclosed bridge. Formerly known as the CMU Kinesiology Renovation and Expansion project it was formally named shortly before the construction was finished. Construction completed in the early Spring of 2023.
